Schedule and coordinate events, meetings, and ministry activities.

Assist with bookkeeping, donations, and facility use requests.

Oversee church communications, including bulletins, newsletters, and social media.

 

Qualifications:

​A committed Christian who aligns with Neighborhood's mission.Experience in office administration, preferably in a church or nonprofit setting.

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; church management software a plus.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and serve with a ministry-focused mindset.

Facilities 
Manager

We are seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, and functionality of our church buildings and grounds. This role ensures that all facilities are clean, well-maintained, and ready to support worship services, ministry activities, and community events. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and skilled in facility management, with a heart for serving in a church environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of church buildings, grounds, and equipment.

  • Coordinate facility usage, event setup, and breakdown.

  • Manage janitorial services, supplies, and vendor contracts.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and emergency preparedness.

  • Conduct routine inspections and schedule necessary maintenance.

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience in facilities management, maintenance, or a related field.

  • Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

We are seeking dedicated and spiritually committed Team Leaders to serve in key leadership roles within the church listed above. Team Leaders are vital in guiding ministries, supporting the congregation, and fostering a Christ-centered atmosphere. This position requires strong faith, commitment to church values, and a heart for serving others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee designated ministry teams with excellence and dedication.

  • Set an example of faithfulness through consistent prayer, worship, and spiritual growth.

  • Participate in Sunday morning prayer (8:30 AM Required) and ensure all preparations are completed beforehand.

  • Assist in maintaining a welcoming, organized, and distraction-free worship environment.

  • Support and collaborate with the Pastor and Executive Leadership Team to enhance ministry effectiveness.

  • Attend monthly leadership meetings, weekend services, and special church events.

  • Train and equip ministry team members for service.

  • Uphold high standards of integrity, accountability, and church values in all actions.

 

Qualifications & Expectations:

  • A committed Christian who actively demonstrates faith in daily life.

  • Willingness to lead by example and be a visible presence in church activities.

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.

  • A spirit of humility, teamwork, and dedication to serving the congregation.

  • Agreement with church policies, including the stance on abstinence from alcohol.
