Office Administrator
We are seeking an organized and dedicated Office Administrator to oversee daily office operations, coordinate church activities, and facilitate communication among staff, volunteers, and the congregation. This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and a heart for ministry.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office operations, handle correspondence, and maintain church records.
Schedule and coordinate events, meetings, and ministry activities.
Assist with bookkeeping, donations, and facility use requests.
Oversee church communications, including bulletins, newsletters, and social media.
Qualifications:
A committed Christian who aligns with Neighborhood's mission.Experience in office administration, preferably in a church or nonprofit setting.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; church management software a plus.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and serve with a ministry-focused mindset.

We are seeking dedicated and spiritually committed Team Leaders to serve in key leadership roles within the church listed above. Team Leaders are vital in guiding ministries, supporting the congregation, and fostering a Christ-centered atmosphere. This position requires strong faith, commitment to church values, and a heart for serving others.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee designated ministry teams with excellence and dedication.

Set an example of faithfulness through consistent prayer, worship, and spiritual growth.

Participate in Sunday morning prayer (8:30 AM Required) and ensure all preparations are completed beforehand.

Assist in maintaining a welcoming, organized, and distraction-free worship environment.

Support and collaborate with the Pastor and Executive Leadership Team to enhance ministry effectiveness.

Attend monthly leadership meetings, weekend services, and special church events.

Train and equip ministry team members for service.

Uphold high standards of integrity, accountability, and church values in all actions.
